Love the clogs. I had a sizing issue & returned the size 38 for a 39. Customer service was great, no issues, very professional, A++ care. One tip, I have been purchasing the slippers for many years. The leather clogs seem to be a bit smaller on the foot, you might need to go a size up from your slipper size. Great product, excellent company, you’re in good hands!

I’ve had haflinger clogs in felt and leather quite a few times over the last 20 years or so. They give me the sort of firm foot bed that my sometimes uncomfortable feet need. This recent purchase is great except for one not insignificant issue: sizing. I was replacing a virtually identical pair with these new ones, and sensibly ordered the same size, only to find these a little too big. I have had this issue with sizing in the past, with some 43s being perfect, some 42s just right, and also in both sizes not so good.It’s a shame and undermines confidence in purchasing.
I know returns/exchanges are possible, but in this particular instance it would have been exceptionally inconvenient. My old 43s were perfect, straight out of bed and also with socks. The new ones are just about right with thick walking socks.
