RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Fill in the form included in your box.
    Please write all the information requested or we won’t be able to fulfill your request.

  2.  Place the completed form inside the box or inside the return bag.

  3. Pack your return.
    Any form of packaging is fine as long it doesn’t damage the box or the item.
    We encourage customers to reuse the original packaging.

  4. Take the parcel to your local post office or arrange a courier collection of your choice.
    We do not provide free returns labels.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed promptly. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Please bear in minds it might takes up to 30 days for bank processing, depending on the card used.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges will be sent immediately after processing the returns.
We will email you if there are any problems or there is a difference to pay.
Exchanges will be sent postage free for all UK deliveries.
Please allow at least 10 business days for the exchange to come back to you.

 

We do our best to provide natural photographs for all Shogarden products.
However, please note that product colours are subject to individual screen settings and the photos are for guidelines only.
