Have you ever wondered what it is that makes Haflinger’s felt clogs feel so good?

Not only is it the natural material uppers creating a perfect environment for your feet, it’s what’s happening underneath your feet, inside the sole.

We thought we’d show you inside the Haflinger, so you can see for yourself just why they feel so right when you’re wearing them.

Natural Wool Felt Upper

New sheep's wool comes exclusively from living animals and is gathered fresh once or twice a year.  A special process involving moisture, heat, and friction allows wool to be felted. The individual fibres interlock, creating a uniform surface. Felt is therefore not a woven textile, but rather a nonwoven fabric.  The breathable felted wool keeps feet warm without overheating, it’s durable and keeps its shape.

Supportive Cork-Latex Footbed

A blend of cork and latex provides cushioning with structure.  The footbeds are anatomically-shaped, including arch support, heel cup and toe grip, so your feet feel fully supported.  This contoured support helps with alignment and reduces strain on feet, knees, and back - ideal for anyone who needs extra stability.  We have had a lot of feedback from customers with plantar fasciitis, telling us that the Grizzly clogs have really helped their symptoms - a great improvement on wearing flat, unsupportive slippers or going barefoot.

Slip-Resistant Indoor Outsole

The rubber sole offers secure traction on indoor floors like wood, tile, and linoleum and allows you to nip outside should you need to.

Roomy, Breathable Fit

A generous toe box and odour-resistant wool let your feet relax naturally

Made to Last

Quality materials maintain their shape and support, so they stay comfortable over time.
