Vivo Barefoot by Terra Plana can be categorised as natural walking shoes as they
naturally re-adjust to your natural walking position by tipping you back slightly on the
heel (they use a similar concept to shoes like the MBT range)
This action maintains the muscles in your legs and keeps your back in the correct position when walking, aiding posture.
The materials used in Terra Plana shoes are all carefully selected. The outsoles which are made of bullet-proof material so although they are thin and flat to make it seem like you are barefoot, they are also durable and puncture-proof.
Thus giving you all the protection you need from a shoe.
