Shoegarden Returns Policy- Normal Trading
If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase from Shoegarden you may return it to us within 28 days of the despatch date in an unworn and saleable condition for a refund or exchange.
Please be careful to return the goods in their original box or packaging and we reserve the right to refuse refunds where goods are not returned in saleable condition.
Please include a brief note or a copy of the original invoice with details regarding your return mentioning whether you need an exchange, credit note or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected in the event of faulty goods.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned item.
Refunds can take 2-7 days to be confirmed by the two different banks involved.
